Local Shipping (Within Auckland)
For customers within Auckland, we provide free delivery. It's our way of bringing our creations closer to you.
National Shipping (Outside Auckland)
For orders under $100 and outside Auckland, we offer a flat shipping rate of $5. This ensures that your miniature treasures find their way to you no matter where you are.
Supported Shipping Zones
Our shipping services cover New Zealand and Australia exclusively. We want to make sure our miniature artistry reaches you, whether you're in the Land of the Long White Cloud or across the Tasman Sea.
Shipping Costs
Our flat shipping rates ensure transparent and affordable shipping costs. Shipping within Auckland is free, while outside Auckland, orders under $100 incur a $5 shipping fee.
Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages
We take utmost care in crafting and delivering our miniatures to you. In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged item, you have 14 days from the shipping date to request a refund or repairs. Please note that we do not offer replacements, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strive to get your orders ready for shipping within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on the courier service. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
